The principals of Allied Resources Staffing Solutions, Inc. recently made an asset purchase of CATSI, Inc. located in Wheelersburg, Ohio. CATSI has provided quality inspection and related services to the refining, pipeline, chemical and power industries since 1979. CATSI, Inc. will continue to maintain an office Wheelersburg, OH as well as Houston, Chicago, Philadelphia.

Contract Awards
Allied Resources Staffing Solutions was recently awarded a 5 year exclusive contract from Infineum USA located in Linden, New Jersey. Allied Resources will provide and manage all design and drafting activities associated with their Linden, NJ location. This award further strengthens Allied's position as an industry leader in the engineering staffing business.

Infineum is one of the world's leading formulators, manufacturers and marketers of petroleum additives for the fuels and lubricants industry. Infineum is a 50/50 joint venture between ExxonMobil and Shell Oil.
